Dharma Kumar Gumpina is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with over 9 years of experience in the internet industry. Currently working as a Senior Software Engineer II at Akamai Technologies, he specializes in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Rest APIs, Node, Angular, AngularJS, and HTML. Dharma began his career as a Software Engineer at HCL, where he worked for Cisco client as a Software Developer. He was responsible for designing and developing modules like NPA, NOSOnline, and AVC, and maintaining them. He also handled L4 cases and provided root cause analysis for the customers. Dharma owned NPA, NOSOnline, which are main downstream app’s and was responsible for giving TOI’s to the new comers in the project. He designed and developed a value add for the project which helped in running the sanity tests on the production during the deployments, reducing the downtime by 10 hours. He received appreciations from both CISCO and HCL management for his work. Before joining Akamai Technologies, Dharma worked as a Developer at Hurix. He has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering, where he graduated in 2013. He completed his Intermediate from Sri Chaitanya Junior College in 2009 and his schooling from Sri Bharathi Public School, Eluru, in 2003. Dharma is a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in web, UI, Spring, AngularJS, Backend, product manager, Java, SQL, and product designer.
